There are certain situations where refunds are granted:
if applicable - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing.

All our products are made to order once your order has been placed.
Our current production time is 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday)
for retail orders + fragrance sample orders

We do know that last minute events and special occasions arise so if you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us at hello@abdesigns.shop and we will work with you to get your order created in time for your requested date!

Please Note On Shipping:
USPS & UPS DO NOT scan in packages at our facility. They are picked up in large trailers and on pallets where they scan them at their hubs. If there are no scans for 1-2 days, the package has already left our facility
(excluding holidays & weekends) - yay!
We get it. Nobody likes being ghosted. If there is no movement for 4 days, please give us a shoutout!
